Following conditions are valid for all supplies between Wladimir Kremer, 63699 Kefenrod and its customer. Expressly one contradicts to deviating trading conditions of the customer.

Article

In the Onlineshop offered article are used and new toys. With new goods the article is indicated as “new”! The supply of the articles supply is enough effected so long.

Prices

All quotations are in euros. At the time of the order the prices indicated on the Onlineshop sides are valid. Price adjustments affect not retroactively supplies /on orders already taken place. All offers are noncommittal and not-binding.

Minimum purchase order value

Minimum value for orders in the Onlineshop amounts to 5, - euros.

Order

1. Their order in our Onlineshop is rated as obligatory purchase intention. 
2. After the order procedure in the Onlineshop you receive an automatically generated email with your order. If you should have erred, send immediately a reversal mail to the following address: kleinewelt2007@aol.com
3. They receive then a confirmations mail with the available parts, total amount and the bank account. By this confirmations mail then the sales contract comes off

Supply

The supply of the ordered goods takes place world-wide.

Retention of title

All goods remain up to the complete payment my property.

Forwarding expenses

The supply takes place as fast as possible, after availability of the commodity, under normal conditions within one week by post office. 
If it should come once to delays, then we will inform you immediately by email about it. Data over the time for delivery are noncommittal, if exceptionally the date of delivery was not obligatorily assured.

For a dispatch within Germany we compute with a commodity value of:
0,01 - 20 euros        - 2.50 euros forwarding expenses,
20,01 - 49.99 euro 4.50 euros forwarding expenses,
starting from 50 euros              - 6.50 euros forwarding expenses

 For a dispatch within Europe we compute with a commodity value of:
0,20 - 20 euros        - 4.50 euros forwarding expenses,
20,01 - 49.99 euro 9.00 euros forwarding expenses,
starting from 50 euros              - 19.80 euros forwarding expenses.

For the world-wide feed we compute with a commodity value of:
0,20 - 20 euros              - 9.00 euros forwarding expenses,
20,01 – 49.95 euros     - 15.00 euros forwarding expenses,
starting from 50 euros                   - 30.00 euros forwarding expenses

With transmissions by cash on delivery are added still 3.60 euros NN-fee. 

With Pay Pal payments result 3% fees on the total amount.
(The Pay Pal address is then announced to you in the course of the order.)

Return instruction/return right

They can return the received commodity without indication of reasons within one month by return of the commodity. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the commodity and this instruction. Only with commodity not package-capable of being shipped (e.g. at bulky goods) you can explain the return also by cancelling demands in text form, thus e.g. by letter or email. For keeping the punctual sending off of the commodity or the cancelling demand meets the period. In each case the return takes place at our expense and danger. All data given by you in the Onlineshop are confidentially treated and passed on not on third. When desired the orderer these data are again deleted.

Changes

I reserve myself the right to accomplish changes of product, which serve excluding the improvement of the article, do not endanger the contract purpose and are reasonable, without advance notice.

Adhesion

I cling independently of the argument (injury of contractual obligations) only in case of rough being to blame for, as far as nothing else was specified.

Other

Place of delivery is 63699 Kefenrod.
